und da passt dieses album wirklich dazu.
drake rappt/singt zu coldplay liedern (z.t. abgeänderte coldplaytexte oder seine eigenen) und obwohl ich normal nichts von drake höre gefällt mir die mischung ziemlich gut!
ein paar lieder klingen zwar erst mal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber insgesamt bringt das mal wieder frischen wind in die ganzen coldplay lieder (bevor in relativ naher zukunft ein neues studioalbum von ihnen rauskommt!!!)

endlich ist es soweit: ich zum ersten mal in den usa!
aber noch bin ich noch nicht ganz da. im moment sitze ich noch im ice nach frankfurt, von dort aus gehts morgen dann in aller frühe auf nach new york. (ich liiiebe fliegen!)
und ich bin echt gespannt!
und ich denke ich werde wirklich sehr viel sehen... dreieinhalb wochen in amerika, das heisst:
new york city, los angeles, san francisco, yosemite, las vegas... :)
ich hoffe ich, werde zwischendurch mal zeit finden, mich in starbucks zu chillen und hier ein bisschen zu berichten und fotos hochzuladen und sowas (free & unlimited wi-fi ftw!).
so, ich bin gleich in frankfurt, sag daher jetzt tschüss und freue mich riesig auf morgen und drei wochen lang sonne, lauter berühmte dinge und viele tolle erlebnisse.

seit monaten freu ich mich schon auf diesen tag... freitag, der 18.6.2010.
das wetter in neuhausen ob eck ist ungefähr so beschissen als hätte es nur drauf gewartet, ca. 60.000 festivalbesuchern das zelten schwer zu machen, mittlerweile sind auch schon ein paar unwetterwarnungen wegen eventueller überschwemmungsgefahr rausgeschickt worden, aber mei, wir lassen uns davon nicht die laune vermiesen und genießen die feuchte fröhlichkeit ;)
musikalisch freue ich mich schon besonders vor allem auf:
freitag: vampire weekend, jack johnson, frittenbude, the strokes und the bloody beetroots.
samstag: does it offend you, yeah?, the gaslight anthem, the temper trap, madsen, the prodigy, fm belfast und deichkind.
zu guter letzt dann - sonntag: timid tiger, marina & the diamonds, bonaparte, mando diao und boys noize
mir ist schon klar, dass das viel zu viele bands sind... das sind ja noch nicht mal alle, die ich gern gesehen hätte :D aber im endeffekt werd ich wahrscheinlich eh nur die hälfte davon sehen...

ich finde das so ziemlich ganze album insgesamt eigentlich echt genial!
